David Winter
Projects Director, an oil and gas professional with breadth of experience covering the whole spectrum of project development and control. David has a 34 year career based on engineering development of products, processes and systems across a range of industries, geographies and applications. His passion is project control and is pioneer of the Project Health Control (PHC) methodology that TROM Computers uses at its core for project development and tracking.
